These terms apply to your use of Deficiency Board, operated by Deficiency Board. By using the service, you agree to these terms. The service is currently a free public beta and may change as we improve it.

You own the drawings, photos, notes, and other content you upload. You give us permission to host, process, display, and share that content as needed to provide the service and according to your settings. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and share it, and for keeping your own copies of important files.

You are responsible for your account, the people you invite, and the share links you create. Anyone with a share link may access the content it covers. Do not use the service unlawfully, upload content you have no right to use, or interfere with the service or other users.

The beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Deficiency Board makes no warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every project need. Keep independent records and verify important site information before relying on it.

To the extent permitted by law, Deficiency Board is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion by emailing support@deficiencyboard.com. We may suspend or end access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms. We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
